LaborWorks is currently seeking an Experienced / Journeyman Carpenter for full-time opportunities in Portland, Oregon. Job Details:Location: Portland, OR Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Pay: $22.00 per hour Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned carpenter to join our team for residential and commercial projects ranging from framing to finish work. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work effectively both independently and as part of a crew. Responsibilities:Perform rough and finish carpentry (framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, etc.). Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and install materials accurately. Maintain a clean, safe job site and collaborate with project managers and other trades. Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure work meets quality standards and building codes. Requirements:5+ years of professional carpentry experience. Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and basic hand tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-end residential or commercial construction. Advanced finish carpentry skills.
