Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and building long-term relationships within the community. Responsibilities Generate new personal lines insurance business through referrals, networking, and leads Quote and sell policies including: Personal Auto Homeowners Condo Renters Flood Umbrella Motorcycle, Boat, and RV Cross-sell coverage to existing clients Review coverage and recommend appropriate protection Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records in agency management system Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (Required) 1+ year insurance sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Applied Epic, EZLynx, or similar systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Bonus opportunities Paid training and ongoing support Career growth opportunities Paid time off Supportive team environment Access to multiple top insurance carriers Why Join Our Team?
