Package:$70,000 - $100,000Bonus scheme401kLife InsurancePTOCar AllowanceService Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Role: Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners.Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals.Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives.
