Description Super Chix is looking for reliable and friendly drivers! We proudly deliver our fresh-never frozen chicken across Charlotte and as our business grows we want to grow our driver network! Job Summary: Delivery Execution: Transport food orders in a timely manner, navigating efficiently using GPS, and ensuring food remains fresh and intact. Customer Service: Act as the face of the restaurant, providing polite, professional service, handling customer complaints, and verifying order accuracy. Safety & Operations: Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices, regardless of weather conditions. Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash or card) upon delivery and process them accurately. In-Store Duties: Assist with order assembly, packing, and cleaning when not on deliveries. Navigation: Strong knowledge of the local delivery area and proficiency with GPS tools. Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple orders and meet strict delivery windows under pressure. Interpersonal Skills: Clear verbal communication for interacting with kitchen staff and customers. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle on-the-road issues like traffic delays, order errors, or flat tires efficiently Requirements Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable, insured vehicle (not provided by the restaurant) Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Company Information This is not a restaurant.
