Machinery and Facilities Maintenance Technician 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay based on Experience Job Summary Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machinery and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in Spencerville, IN. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure within a state-of-the-art farm equipment production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment and maintain accurate service records. Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems. Coordinate with suppliers and submit requests for purchasing maintenance materials. Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures in compliance with 29CFR1910.147 for safe maintenance operations. Maintain maintenance records to meet all state and federal regulatory requirements. Support compliance with ISO standards and manufacturing safety policies. Requirements Ability to read and write English proficiently. Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. Forklift and scissor lift certification (current license preferred). Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics. Skilled in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience maintaining maintenance records for multi-equipment systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and manufacturing best practices. #IND074 #ZIP
