Debug Test Technician

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing organization, is seeking a Debug Test Technician to join their team. As a Debug Test Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Support team supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Debug Test TechnicianLocation: Milpitas, CAPay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hrShift: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)What's the Job? Debug and troubleshoot high-speed printed circuit boards down to the electronic component level. Perform detailed analysis and testing of PCBA boards, including RMA and production units. Utilize electronic measuring tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power meters, and signal generators to diagnose issues. Document failure symptoms, root causes, and debug procedures to support continuous improvement efforts. Analyze test parametric data to identify potential causes of failures and recommend corrective actions. What's Needed? Strong knowledge of digital electronics and repair methodologies. Experience reading schematic diagrams and understanding circuit functionality. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality standards. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience troubleshooting complex PCBA boards. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting. What's in it for me?
