Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for electrical maintenance of machinery and equipment. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. This role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and engineering specifications.Responsibilities Complete preventive and reactive maintenance requirements on CNC machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools. Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and placing orders. Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed. Prepare electrical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications. Essential Skills Demonstrate electrical abilities through electrical installations, conduit, and PLC wiring. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems. Experience with Induction Furnaces, vibratory conveyors, and shot blast equipment preferred. Proficiency in CNC Machining, Robotics, and RS 500 /5000 Logic. Ability to read electrical prints and troubleshoot. Experience working with 120 and 480 voltage. Specific knowledge and experience with PLC's, LadderLogic, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical distribution. Experience in electrical maintenance, equipment installation, and repair and troubleshooting of large automated systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with foundry equipment, paint, and machine shop equipment is a plus.
