Treasury Analyst (Contract)Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $43.00/hour (W2) Contract Length: 6 months About the Opportunity We're supporting a well-established, data-driven organization operating at scale in a highly regulated environment. The company manages complex financial operations and places a strong emphasis on accuracy, controls, and clear visibility into cash and liquidity. This role sits within a collaborative Capital Markets and Accounting function and supports the core financial infrastructure that keeps the business moving day to day. The Treasury Analyst plays an important behind-the-scenes role, ensuring cash activity is monitored, forecasts are kept current, and treasury processes run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Monitor daily cash balances and banking activity across multiple accounts Prepare and distribute treasury and liquidity reporting to finance stakeholders Maintain daily and weekly cash forecasts Review and update treasury dashboards and supporting analytics Support automation and process improvements within treasury systems Enter and approve wires to support ongoing business operations Manage banking system access and user permissions Provide backup support for intercompany and book transfers Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Who This Role Is a Good Fit For Someone with 2+ years of treasury or related finance experience who enjoys operational ownership A detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with cash data, forecasts, and banking portals A strong communicator who can work effectively with Accounting, Finance, and external banking partners Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment but values structure, accuracy, and controls A self-directed individual who can manage deadlines and priorities independently in a hybrid setup Nice to Have Experience working with large banking institutions Exposure to SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments Why This Role This contract role offers hands-on treasury exposure within a mature finance organization, predictable hours, and meaningful responsibility without unnecessary fluff.
