Facility Manager - $35/hrWe are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our fabrication facility. This role ensures that all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure function efficiently to support smooth production and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fabrication machinery, lift?trucks, and delivery vehicles Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers Coordinate facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and purchase orders Maintain records, inspections, and compliance documentation Oversee emergency readiness, including fire safety and evacuation plans Collaborate with production, quality, and EHS teams Assist with capital projects and facility improvements Qualifications: 5+ years in facility or plant management (manufacturing/fabrication preferred) Strong knowledge of industrial building systems and machinery Familiarity with OSHA and environmental regulations Proficient with facility management software and MS Office Strong leadership, organization, and problem?solving skills Ability to respond to after?hours emergencies Physical Requirements: Able to walk, stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in an industrial environment Pay Details: $35.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
