Construction Project Estimator (STL)

Job Description Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges Research and obtain budgetary estimates for materials, labor, and equipment Prepare detailed cost estimates that include material costs, labor costs, equipment rentals, permits, and overhead Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process Prepare cost reports and variance analyses to identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions Stay up to date on current construction methods, materials, and costs Update Standard Estimating Tool for use by Project Managers at sites Develop and Lead estimating training for Project Managers and Planners at sites across the enterprise Domestic travel required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
