All physicians provide both outpatient and inpatient care, with the option to include emergency and obstetric services based on individual interest and experience, supported by CentraCare outreach resources and a modern critical access hospital and clinic located under one roof.Schedule Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare – Paynesville, MN Day shifts with call rotation Call rotation of approximately 1:6–1:8, covered in one-week hospitalist/rounding increments Pay and Benefits Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
