Job Description

Title: Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer Location: Pittsburgh, PA - (Onsite from day1) Duration: Fulltime Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: 10+ years of professional experience in RTE activities. Facilitate PI Planning: Organize and lead the Program Increment (PI) planning events, including readiness, agenda, and, ultimately, the confidence vote. Manage ART Flow: Monitor and improve the delivery of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, addressing bottlenecks. Servant Leadership: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Lean-Agile practices. Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, manage, and escalate dependencies and risks, such as budget or resource constraints. Improvement: Foster a culture of relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between teams, product management, and business owners. Roles & Responsibilities: Experience: Proven experience in a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role, often with 5+ years in agile development. SAFe Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and align teams.
