Medical Laboratory Technician - MLT MLT Details: Full-time (80 hours per pay period) PM Shift Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and holidays Flexibility to cover other shifts as needed MLT Responsibilities: Accurately procure and manage specimens in a timely manner. Ensure quality service during the pre-analytic phase, including the preparation of reagents, specimens, quality control materials, and supplies, while understanding testing procedures. Maintain quality in the post-analytic phase, addressing remedial actions, corrective measures, and necessary documentation. Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, statistics, logs, and files. MLT Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science from an accredited four-year college. ASCP qualifier and able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
