OpCenter Foundation / Discrete Architect(MES)

Job Description: Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr Requirement/Must Have: Strong hands-on experience with Opcenter Execution Core and CN MOM. Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Mendix. Experience designing high-availability architectures and disaster recovery solutions. Expertise in system integrations with PLM and ERP platforms. Solid knowledge of XML modeling and ODS architecture. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in MES and Opcenter implementations. Proven experience with Opcenter Core, Electronics, Mendix, and CN MOM. Strong background in enterprise system integrations including PLM and ERP. Responsibilities: Perform Opcenter Core and Electronics installation and design high-availability and disaster recovery architectures. Configure workflows, customize CDO fields, and publish UI changes using Designer and Portal Studio. Implement and manage integrations with PLM and ERP systems, including inbound and outbound data flows. Configure OLTP to ODS data flow and manage ODS setup. Develop and customize Mendix UI and integrate Mendix with Opcenter Core. Configure SSO, manage user roles, and automate employee creation through Active Directory. Plan and execute upgrade strategies, including backup, restore, and production rollout. Manage document and media formats, including 3D image storage and document integrations. Implement Closed Loop Manufacturing with PLM and Core, including work instruction transfers. Configure CN MOM objects and workflows in Camstar. Validate and troubleshoot transactions across integrated systems. Should Have: Experience with document management and 3D visualization tools. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Skills: Opcenter Execution Core. CN MOM and Camstar Configuration. C#, .NET, SQL. Mendix Development. XML Modeling and ODS Architecture. System Integration (PLM, ERP). High Availability and Disaster Recovery Design. nalytical and Troubleshooting Skills. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
