Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)POSITION TYPE: Behavioral Health SPECIALTY UNIT: Behavior Analyst LOCATION: Tucson, AZSHIFT: DayJOB TYPE: Full-Time PermanentJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that will provide comprehensive behavioral and educational services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges. The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans. If you are a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we are looking for you. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans for clients. Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to clients. Train and supervise direct care staff and other professionals in behavior support techniques. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust behavior support plans as needed. Collaborate with clients, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated services. Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports on clients' progress. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to maintain current knowledge and skills in the field. BCBA Certification. Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Preferred: BCBA/BCaBA Supervision and Experience and Standards module completion. Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and retaining appropriate memberships certifications, and standings with other professional groups (e.g., ABAI, First Aid Certification, CPR Certification.)
