Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding A company in Fraser is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our injection molding and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining injection molding machines, robotics, PLC systems, and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. If you have strong industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair experience in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and robotics Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems Diagnose and repair PLCs and 480V 3-phase power systems Support mold setup, equipment calibration, and plant startup Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability What You Bring 3+ years of injection molding maintenance experience 2-3 years as a Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, or Robotics Technician Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and industrial electrical systems Ability to work with 12VDC-480VAC 3-phase power Technical diploma or equivalent industrial maintenance experience Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime as needed Why Join Us?
