You'll work directly with major General Contractors, developers, and ownership groups on high-profile commercial and industrial projects, while positioning yourself for clear advancement into Senior Project Management and leadership roles. What You'll Do Lead Electrical Construction Projects Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and billing. Drive Cross-Functional Project Execution Coordinate with General Contractors, field leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Lead project meetings, maintain schedules, and proactively resolve challenges. Own Client Relationships Serve as a key point of contact for clients, GC partners, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships. Support business growth by helping ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Support Field and Operational Success Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure labor, materials, and equipment align with project needs. Help identify risks and implement solutions to maintain productivity and profitability.
