Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within your first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
