CNC Maintenance Technician - 1st ShiftLocation: Brookfield, WI Pay: $40.00/hour (Overtime available) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM About the Role Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician for our client in Brookfield, WI. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating CNC machines and plant equipment. This position offers variety, technical challenge, and the opportunity to work with advanced CNC and automation systems in a modern manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on CNC machines and plant equipment Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and component replacements (bearings, spindles, ways, etc.) Use diagnostic and precision tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, torque wrenches, micrometers, and laser alignment equipment Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring circuits, and distribution centers in compliance with codes Troubleshoot and repair relay logic, digital logic, ladder diagrams, and electronic controls Machine or fabricate replacement parts as needed using shop equipment Assist with equipment installations, removals, and coordination with outside vendors or service technicians Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Provide guidance and assistance to junior maintenance staff as needed Perform millwright duties, including rigging and forklift operation when required Qualifications Completed apprenticeship or equivalent 4-5 years of CNC maintenance experience Strong background in both mechanical and electrical repair of CNC equipment Proficient with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications Solid math and trigonometry skills OSHA certifications preferred Forklift operation experience is a plus Why Join This Team $40/hour plus overtime opportunities Day shift schedule (Monday-Friday) Hands-on work with advanced CNC and automation technology Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable Brookfield manufacturer Collaborative, safety-focused work environment Apply Today Join Engauge Workforce Solutions and take the next step in your CNC maintenance career. #INDWAUK
