Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate What We're Looking For Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team Balanced Expectations We believe productivity should support great care-not compete with it.
