Job Summary: We are looking for a Change Manager to support transformation efforts in the Global Technology Management Office. This role focuses on driving adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, delivering change management plans, and implementing digital learning strategies to support AI-driven transformation. Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, and technology adoption. Proven experience in driving the use of AI in the workplace. Strong background in developing and implementing digital learning strategies. Experience with training delivery, scheduling sessions, and coordinating adoption efforts. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. bility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot. Experience with Articulate 360 or other e-learning tools. Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent: Master's + 4 yrs, PhD/Law + 3 yrs, Associate's + 6 yrs, High School + 7 yrs). What You Will Do: Deliver change management plans and support AI adoption across teams. Develop and activate training plans and materials to drive awareness and minimize disruption. Conduct training sessions and coordinate across business groups to accelerate GenAI adoption. Partner with program managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Create communication plans and materials to engage stakeholders and support adoption. ssist in planning, executing, and evaluating digital learning programs. Work Environment: On-site at WHQ (Mon-Thu). Friday work-from-home option. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, HR, and external vendors.
