We're currently hiring a Solder / Assembly Technician for a manufacturer of welding tools and products located in Pearland, TX. Position Summary The Solder / Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting components used in welding equipment and related products. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to consistent attendance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform soldering on small components and assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble parts accurately Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Follow all safety protocols and company policies Exhibit reliability and consistent attendance - especially within the first 90 days of employment Qualifications Experience: Prior soldering experience preferred Mechanical aptitude required - experience with small tools, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus Education: High school diploma or equivalent Requirements: Valid driver's license (no exceptions) Clean background - no offenses ever Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance
