For further inquiries regarding the following opportunity, please contact our Talent Specialist: Kunal at (224) 704-1709 Title: Human Resource Specialist I Location: Saginaw, MI(Will move in the new Client Hemlock plant once it is completed (ETA this summer)) Duration: 6+ Months May travel locally as needed.M-F, 8am - 5pm.Job Description : The main responsibilities will be supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. They may assist in payroll preparation, provide administrative support to all employees and the HR team. They must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. This role will also prepare and set-up and teardown for all hiring events that occurs bi-weekly. The manager is looking for candidates that are self-motivated, great communicators and highly organized. Must be very detail oriented. Responsibilities: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via phone calls and emails. Support the HR team in building a strong candidate pipeline for various positions. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to our organization. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed. Help with local recruiting efforts Education: Associates preferred. HS Diploma required. Skills/experience: Previous HR assistant support/recruitment experience HR experience during a plant start-up is a plus Interview process: Teams Meeting interview. Manager will hire from this one interview. Interviews will be held on Tuesday, 6/3.
