Responsibilities: Hiring, training and developing hospitality-focused Team Members. Utilizing all forecasting systems for food production, inventory, and labor and scheduling. Managing the performance of the culinary staff and front of the house staff to drive efficient execution of all restaurant operations. Qualifications 2 plus years of either full service or upscale quick casual restaurant experience. Understanding of the numbers part of the business Demonstrated track record of success & achievement within a national/regional restaurant group.
