Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates Conduct site visits and oversee quality control Manage documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
