About the job Nurses Our client is currently hiring Nurses with bedside experience for the US market. What will you do? Take vitals, monitor patients' progress, record changes in symptoms Keep communication clear between patients and the healthcare organization Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services Participate in finding solutions for variances in patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions Observe signs and symptoms a patient is experiencing Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements What are we looking for? NCLEX Certification Minimum 3 years of working experience as a bedside nurse Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel Calm under pressure and critical thinking Physical and emotional endurance
