Deliver high-quality, mission-driven inpatient care in a supportive, physician-led environment with strong specialty backup. Provide overnight inpatient care with a 7-on/7-off rotation of 12-hour shifts. Perform admissions and manage hospitalized patients overnight. Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations. Document all patient encounters in EMR. Provide closed ICU overnight rounding on Hospitalist patients. Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate appropriate follow-up care arrangements upon discharge. Deliver patient-centered, high-quality inpatient care. Participate as part of a respected, collegial Hospitalist team. Work within a physician-led governance structure. Utilize strong clinical judgment and communication skills in acute care settings. Experience is required; fresh graduates will not be considered. Only candidates seeking permanent positions will be considered.
