CNC Machine Operator/Programmer

Job Full Description An aluminum extrusion company in Youngstown is looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their team! Summary: Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Responsibilities: Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner Read and interpret blueprints Properly load and unload extruded materials in CNC machinery Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements Understand, interpret and edit G-Code programming Recognize and properly use inserts, fixtures and tooling Understand and have the ability to perform tool wear offsets Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions Minimum Requirements: Trade Program Certification or 2+ years of experience in operating CNC mills Knowledge of and the ability to edit G-Codes Benefits: Competitive starting hourly rate Four day work week (Monday-Thursday) Clean and safe facility Comprehensive benefit package Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Company-paid Life Insurance Paid vacation first year Bonus opportunities 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm (Will train 7am-5pm for a few weeks) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am (Will train 7am-5pm for a few weeks) Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour BOE If you are interested in this position, please call Express Employment Professionals at 330-333-7031 Youngstown, OH 2974 53 State St. Unit C Struthers, OH 44471
