SUMMARY The Coordinator of School Psychology Services provides supervision and evaluation for School Psychologists in the Exceptional Education Department. The Coordinator of School Psychology Services is responsible for psychological services throughout the district, including the provision of school psychological services to students with disabilities in accordance with federal law mandates and state regulations. This position reports to the Executive Director of Exceptional Education. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctorate in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related field Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Licensed School Psychologist or license eligibility within one year of employment Current Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card Five years of experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting Three years of experience leading a team and supervising others Word Processing/Database/Spreadsheet Program Knowledge Knowledge of federal regulations and Arizona State Board of Education rules regarding special education Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization. COMMENTS Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Location: Exceptional Education Department - District Wide - Sites May Vary Classification: Psychologist FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day Work Calendar: 10 month Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.?For more information on salary schedule, please reference the Employee Agreements Webpage.
