CNC Operator - 3rd Shift - $22.50/hrPosition Overview: The CNC Operator's main responsibilities consist of loading/unloading, gauging part features and keeping them within print tolerances. Qualifications: Understand and operate the CNC controls. Use and read quality gauges to make adjustments as needed to keep parts on size by using the machine's tooling offsets. Change programs when setting up different part numbers. Read CNC programs so the Operator can re-cut certain part features when required. Maintain the machine's tooling. Understand common CNC terminology (G & M codes). Maintain production goals. Candidates must be physical able to perform the duties of loading and unloading parts into the CNC machine. Lift requirements - 30-50 lbs. Push/Pull requirements - 10-20 lbs.
