Responsibilities include: Completing maintenance requests, including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs Participating in "on-call" rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (events/weekends) Preparing vacant units to be rent-ready and updating work order statuses Performing plumbing-related tasks (faucet/toilet replacements, repairs to disposals, dishwashers, washers, refrigerators, etc.) Maintaining common areas: trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, landscaping upkeep Following OSHA and company safety standards and reporting concerns promptly Supporting overall property maintenance and performing additional tasks as needed What Makes You a Great Fit We'd love to meet you if you bring: A high school diploma/GED or vocational training 1+ years of maintenance or building/facility experience (handyman, renovations, DIY projects welcome!)
