Water Mitigation Project Manager

Job Description Water Mitigation Project Manager Important: This is not a construction project manager role. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on mitigation leadership experience. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage water mitigation projects from initial loss through completion Respond to emergency losses and meet on-site with clients and points of contact Perform initial damage assessments and develop detailed scopes of loss Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project Schedule & Availability: Standard hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday On-call availability is required As a manager-level role, flexibility is essential - when a loss comes in, you respond What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in water mitigation or mitigation management Background leading large-scale mitigation jobs (commercial preferred but not required) Ability to manage the full project lifecycle and client relationships IICRC Certification required (current or expired will be considered) Comfortable with emergency response and on-call responsibilities Willingness to travel occasionally for large losses Open to relocation candidates Software Experience: Xactimate (required) Symbility experience is a plus Why This Role: Extremely busy operation with consistent work Leadership role with real ownership of projects Competitive compensation with full benefits Opportunity to work on complex, impactful mitigation projects Apply today-- All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
