Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Educate clients and their families on techniques to manage and prevent physical limitations. Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications for a Physical Therapist: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. Previous experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home care settings (preferred for Home Care; new grads encouraged to apply for inpatient & outpatient ). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
