Job Highlights: - Contract-to-Hire - Shifts Available: • Daylight: Flextime start between 5:30 am and 7:00 am - Pay - $18-$23 per hour, based on experience - Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package upon hire. Responsibilities: Fabrication Indirect- Break out: • Will be cross trained in any of the following areas but initially needed for the breakout position. • This person must be able to read blueprints, position the placement of the hardware, press the pedal of the PEM machine, lift to 50 lbs. and work with co-workers in kitting of cabinets. • Use hand tools such as dyna-file, belt sanders, and cordless drills to smooth edges and tabs of various sheet metal. • This person must be able to lift 50 lbs. by themselves and is able to swing a mallet for long periods of time, and sort, organize and count parts. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Stable work history • Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
