Registered Nurse (RN) - Plastic Surgery & Med Spa Lexington, KY Pay: $40-$45 per hour (based on experience) About the Practice Our client is a premier plastic surgery and medical spa practice in Lexington, KY led by a board-certified plastic surgeon. The practice specializes in surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and natural-looking results. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic plastic surgery and med spa team. This role will support surgical procedures, provide patient care throughout the perioperative process, and assist with in-office aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions Administer medications and IVs as ordered Maintain accurate and thorough documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Support med spa services as needed (injectables experience a plus) Deliver exceptional patient experience and communication Qualifications Active RN license in Kentucky BLS certification (ACLS preferred) 2+ years of nursing experience preferred Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, OR, PACU, or med spa strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills Professional demeanor and excellent bedside manner Compensation & Benefits $40-$45 per hour (based on experience) Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a high-end aesthetic practice Growth potential within a respected surgical practice Why Work With Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that connects driven professionals with career-defining opportunities.
