Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care services to our clients, including assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse, as ordered by the client's physician, and as documented in the client's care plan. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients • Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent required • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Personal Care Assistant • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with minimal risk of injury • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $16.25 per hour • 401k matching contribution • A supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply: If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to others, please apply to this role.
