Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Operations Manager, where you will be at the forefront of enhancing guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficiency of the front desk, bell desk, valet services, transportation, housekeeping, and casino porter functions, maintaining a high standard of service for our valued guests. Key Responsibilities: Drive hotel occupancy and operational efficiency to maximize revenue. Recruit, train, and supervise team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Stay current with industry trends and market data to inform decision-making. Manage room rates, types, and availability with an eye toward optimizing occupancy. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of public areas throughout the property. Maintain optimal inventory levels of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate special events and promotional activities. Address and resolve any customer complaints or disputes effectively. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Develop and manage operating budgets to achieve set financial goals. Execute additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A comprehensive understanding of hotel computer systems. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in the hotel industry. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or management is preferred. Prior gaming and hospitality experience is advantageous. Proficiency in LMS, CMS, Stratton Warren, Control Tex, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of hotel key systems. Strong communication skills in English. The ability to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
