Expected March 2026 TBD._Full Description:_As Administrative Agent for the Program, VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide the following services to one or more clients of the Program. A Nurse Practitionerwith dermatology experience to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in __Duquoin, IL. __ VitalCheck manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting. VitalCheck does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making.Responsibilities: Provide skin checks and skin cancer screenings.Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care. Requirements: Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in__ Illinois.__Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.Minimum 3 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.Patient education driven.Personal laptop or tablet required.Must be able to reliably commute to Du Quoin, Illinois 62832.
