You are the calm presence in the home - the person who explains, reassures, observes, and ensures patients truly understand what’s happening.This is not a clinic-based role. It is a field-based, patient-facing position supporting dialysis patients in their homes within a defined territory. This job is designed for someone who brings empathy, emotional intelligence, and follow-through into every home they enter.Technical skills can be taught.
