We are a leader in concrete paving and are looking for dependable, hands-on operators.Responsibilities include: Operate portable pugmills to batch concrete mixes. Manage material receiving and stockpile inspections. Maintain accurate records of production, water content, and plant hours. Clean and inspect plants daily. Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs. Follow all safety and quality standards. Requirements: Mechanical skills preferred. Ability to work outdoors in all weather. Strong work ethic and reliability. Prior plant or equipment operation experience is a plus.
