Position Highlights Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners. Flexible schedule: Physicians enjoy a 3.5-day work week with block time for surgeries. Call: 1:6, clinic patients only. Supportive, collegial environment focused on work-life balance. Hospitalist backup available for deliveries at the on-call physician's discretion. Deliveries and surgeries at Northwestern Hospital Bentonville (Level II NICU with board-certified neonatologists). Nearby Willow Creek Hospital offers Level III NICU. Robotics available. Balanced OB/GYN workload with diverse cases. Office services include: Obstetrics and 4D ultrasound Gynecology procedures: hysteroscopy, LEEP, colposcopy, CO?RE Intima, Novasure Weight loss and aesthetics Fully licensed medical team and experienced support staff.
