You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.Responsibilities:Job preparation including building tools, fixturing, material prep, loading work/tool offsets, etc. according to programmer specificationsCoordinate with programmers on job progress & potential improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashionLoad and unload equipment and materialsProvide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiencyConduct routine preventive maintenance on the shop floorLog and record readings for machined parts​Qualifications:Previous experience in shop operations or other related fieldsFamiliarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipmentStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
