RN - Emergency Department Nurse

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Midwest. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership while collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patient health across all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Provide, delegate, evaluate, and coordinate professional nursing care using the nursing process. Offer physical and psychosocial support to patients, their families, and friends during critical moments. Education & Certification Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school. Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state. BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications to be completed within 1 year. Completion of TNCC certification for Emergency Room specialization. Experience & Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment.
