Office Administrator- ONSITE NYC Location: New York, United States Job Classification: Professional Industry: Real Estate Job Category: Office / Clerical / Administrative Our client is a global real estate company that is currently looking for an On-Site Temp Office Admin to be based in their beautiful new location in NYC - Midtown West. This individual will be the first friendly face welcoming clients and guests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, or an interest in exploring a dynamic and fast-paced industry! The Role Gain hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, and administrative operations. Work alongside an experienced sales team in a high-profile luxury development. Schedule - Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Coordinate tours, prepare guests for appointments, and ensure a seamless experience. Answer inquiries (in-person, via email, or phone), provide helpful follow-up, and schedule appointments. Maintain a customer database with accuracy and efficiency. Keep the sales gallery and model residences looking impeccable by coordinating minor operational tasks (e.g., flower deliveries, IT support, housekeeping). Assist the sales team and project managers with administrative tasks and communication. Provide general support for the Sales Director and team as needed. What We're Looking For: No prior real estate experience is required-hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration experience is a plus! A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Great organizational skills and attention to detail-you love keeping things on track! The ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information. Availability Mon - Fr 10am - 6pm is required
