Benefits:Competitive salaryDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceKapi Restoration is growing — and we’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-smart Office Administrator who can keep our operations running smoothly and scale with us into an Office Manager role.What You’ll Do:Keep our office organized, stocked, and efficientAnswer phones, greet, and aid office visitorsSupport the field and leadership team with admin and coordinationCommunicate with customers, vendors, and team members professionallyManage and maintain file organization for the office, as well as project-specific filingManage and maintain clerical data entry into project management softwareHandle scheduling, job tracking, and client follow-upsPrepare meeting minutes from weekly meetingsAid in accounting data entrySupport the owner in executive tasks and or errandsSupport all other staff members as needed.
