This is a rare and dynamic opportunity to be part of a growing academic and clinical program anchored within a leading children's hospital and backed by a robust quaternary care system. The selected surgeon will play a key leadership role in expanding a high-acuity, high-volume practice, with a focus on: • Craniofacial and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery (including cleft lip/palate and craniosynostosis) • General Pediatric Plastic Surgery • Pediatric Microsurgery and Nerve Reconstruction • Advanced Adult Reconstructive and Aesthetic Procedures (based on interest and training) You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of dedicated pediatric subspecialists and surgical colleagues in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that values teamwork, research, and surgical excellence. Academic appointment and research support are available through AdventHealth's medical education and research institutes.
