In this role, you'll provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including assessment, administration of treatments, and education for families. As part of a compassionate and dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and their families during medical procedures, treatments, and recovery. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient care to pediatric patients, including routine assessments and interventions. Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders. Monitor and document patient progress and health changes. Provide emotional support to pediatric patients and their families. Educate families on care plans, medications, and aftercare. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal care. Adhere to safety, infection control, and privacy protocols.
