Job DescriptionJob Title: Mixer Location: Le Center, MN Compensation: $16.75 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00am-4:00pm | Monday-Thursday Job Type: Temp-to-hireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Mixers for a leading dessert production company located in Le Center, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Mixer: Record necessary data on daily reports and work center schedules Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand Follow company formulas and standards Operate scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melters Report equipment issues promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area Work at a pace consistent with the production line What You Need to Bring to the Mixer Role: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience 6+ months of related experience Strong math skills to interpret and adjust formulas Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently Good manual dexterity, motor skills, and eye-hand coordination Familiarity with safety, quality, and GMP policies #NEjobhunt Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
