Jira Ops

Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions. Configure and optimize Jira and Confluence environments, including migrations and plugin management. Integrate corporate tools (on-prem, AWS, SaaS) for provisioning and reporting. Implement AI-driven enhancements for workflows and business processes. Build automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) and AI/ML APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements. Maintain technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and SDLC methodologies. Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management - Data Center). Familiarity with AI/ML applications for automation and analytics. Atlassian certification is a plus.
