Accounts Receivable Analyst ContracttoHire | 1st Shift | $25-$28 per hour Our client in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst with strong experience in highvolume retail deductions, cash posting, and managing customer portals. This is a 1stshift, hybrid, contracttohire opportunity with longterm growth potential. Compensation Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Process and research high volumes of retail deductions with accuracy and attention to detail. Perform daily cash application including posting payments, applying remittances, and reconciling variances. Work extensively within customer portals to review, retrieve, and manage deduction data. Investigate invalid or unsupported deductions and collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounting) to resolve discrepancies. Maintain AR aging reports and track outstanding deductions and pastdue balances. Assist with monthend close tasks and AR reporting. Provide excellent communication and followup with customers to ensure timely payment resolution. Requirements 2+ years of AR experience, preferably with retail or national account customers. Proven experience with retail deduction processing in highvolume environments. Knowledge of cash posting and reconciliation processes. Ability to work within various customer portals (retailers, EDI portals, vendor systems). Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE a plus). Excellent communication, analytical ability, and organization skills. Ability to work 1st shift in a hybrid environment (Cincinnatibased).
